Rolfs Pub

About Us

Our story began back in 1946, across the street from where Rolf's stands today. It was nicknamed "The Spa" and was owned by a man named Mike Costello. My father, Rolf Carlson, began working for Mike after his graduation from high school. When it became time for Mike to retire, having no children of his own, he made a deal with 26 year old Rolf, better known as "dutchie". In the winter1963, Dutchie moved the buisiness across the street and renamed it Rolf's, but everyone knew it as "Dutchies". Dutchie retired in 2000 and I took over the daily operations. I am proud to be a part of North Andover's history. Please stop in for a drink or some good food and share your stories with us as we continue the tradition, "Where good freinds meet." Hope to see you soon!
